Dear President,
We are currently carrying out a series of tests on the site to check the correct functioning of our watering system.
Indeed, following the connection made between the hydraulic network and the pool’s water collection tank, this verification is absolutely necessary, after two years of non-use of the watering devices.
Once the tests have been completed, we will proceed with the repair operations and continue the adaptation and transformation of the system, in accordance with the decision of the syndicate taken in 2022 (replacement of sprinklers by drippers).
It is important to reassure anyone who might be legitimately surprised to see staff working during the watering ban. In concrete terms, we are using the used water from our panoramic pool to carry out this work, which would otherwise be discharged into the sewer system. This operation, which avoids unnecessary waste, is permitted by law.
The good news is that the first tests are positive and a good part of our installation is in working order.
As a result, during the summer season, we will be able to punctually water certain sectors of Coudalère, within the limits of the storage water available to us and the progress of the works, which will prevent us from having to throw away such precious water unnecessarily.
